Hello and welcome to the Food section of articles on Prodigy Strats. This one is all about my favorite recipes. All these recipes are vegetarian, and as a lifelong vegetarian myself, I encourage you to explore vegetarian or vegan cuisine, not only because it's amazing but because of environmental issues, animal welfare and more. Even as a vegetarian, you can still make dishes that taste like your favorite meat dishes or even better! Today I’ll be showing off my highly versatile marinated baked tofu that can go on top of almost anything. Let’s go!
Marinated Baked Tofu
What you’ll need:
1 block super-firm tofu (or extra-firm tofu, pressed for 20 minutes)
For the marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
2/3 tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. Cut the tofu block in half then break it into chunks with your hands, breaking each section in half.
3. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade, then toss the tofu chunks with the marinade until well-coated, then marinate until you become impatient.
4. Get a baking sheet and arrange the tofu on it with some cooking oil spray.
5. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until it is golden brown
6. Take it out of the oven, and enjoy it over rice or noodles, or on whatever you like!
This goes great with rice, or noodles or whatever carb floats your boat. It's protein packed, full of flavor, and a major crowd pleaser! If you try it, please let me know how it goes in the comments!

Will share more recipes from around the world soon! I've been helping in the kitchen since I was 3 and have been one of the primary chefs in my home since I was 10.
That’s all for today! See y’all next time, Sarang out.

Will try soon! Super firm tofu seems like a neat paneer alternative. Thanks!
